Do you ever get so mad that you want to hit something? Moshboxing could be the answer you're looking for. I have researched and consulted with psychologists to better understand how purposeful exercise can have a positive impact on both physical health and mental wellness. Moshboxing uses movements commonly found in kickboxing workouts to stimulate both the mind and the body. Music sets the pace as we smash our way through a workout that is challenging but achievable, even for a first time student. We end with a mindful cool down period that is both empowering and relaxing. Join us and experience the difference in wellness kickboxing!

Jordyn Reulecke


My name is Jordyn and I love to hit stuff! In a healthy way. I'm a drummer and kickboxer as well as the former Colorado Muay Thai State Champion in 2019. I have been involved in martial arts since 2018 and even though I no longer compete, I dedicate my time to training as if I have an upcoming competition. I've been doing Moshboxing with Robby since the beginning of his development. I've been able to be a student as well as teach a few Moshboxing classes myself over the years. I love being a positive role model and having fun and kickboxing allows me to do both.
I have been drumming for 19 years and I love shadow boxing to the beat of my own drum. If I am unable to hit the bag, I am able to hit the drums. Being able to hit stuff in productive and healthy ways has allowed me to change the way I handle myself when life gets tough and stressful.
